Civil rights for homosexuals in Costa Rica. Laurence Richter

As a repeated visitor to Costa Rica, I have come to love the country and respect its sincere aspirations to accomplish social justice for all. Surely those born homosexual cannot be excluded from social equality, despite the efforts of sincere but ignorant members of fundamentalist religious sects. If equality for all is truly an aim of the Costa Rican government, legal protections for the civil rights of homosexuals MUST be protected.

Sincerely,

Laurence R. Richter
